Chris, our founder, has worked in Central Indiana startups for nearly two decades, and frankly, he’s seen bits of the good, such as IPOs, acquisitions, huge contracts; the bad, such as security holes, product flops, site outages; and the ugly, such as team dysfunction, downsizing, RIFs and toxic cultures.

Our Deep Dives are a three-hour chunk of time for Chris to work with you to dig into your codebase, product, and team to identify opportunities, red flags, warning signs, speed bumps and unrealized priorities.

He has helped startups double revenue through product features, developing differentiating data assets, and guiding engineering teams through acquisition. He has worked with clients such as Microsoft, Chase, Cvent, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Creative Planning, as well as start-to-scale software startups.

This Deep Dive can be delivered over the internet, or, if your company is in Central Indiana, in-person at your office.

Once complete, all notes and a detailed report of what we discussed will be delivered the next day, along with a recording of the call if available.
